Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of service purchase, provided that no work has been initiated.
  • If we have started working on your case, partial refunds may be issued based on the progress made.
  • Once services are fully delivered, no refunds will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Trademark filing fees (once submitted).
  • Government fees and third-party costs.
  • Urgent or expedited services.

3. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a service before work begins for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after work has started will incur a processing fee.
